Overview

This is a team building program to strengthen bonds between members of your group and improve the performance of it through in-house training surrounded by great nature. We will provide you with a workshop activity to promote your team building which can only be done here in Nikaho; the beautiful place with one of Japan’s 100 mountains Mt. Chokai and the Japan Sea with rich marine resources.
We have a variety of options to promote team building such as a program to build psychological safety and develop a culture of openness and a workshop activity to boost creativity for business development and expansion, so you can design your own program suitable for your needs. We can create your own team building plan together.
