A new incubation facility created by renovating a closed former Kamihama Elementary School as a community-based, shared workspace for business creation, support and activation of corporate activities, utilization of human resources, and promotion of immigration and exchange in the region. NIKAHO CITY is located in the southern part of the coast of Akita Prefecture. Chokai and the abundant nature of the Sea of Japan, providing a "wakuba" where creative ideas can be born while interacting with the local community.
